A fishing cake for a daddy who loves fishing !!

Our first fishing cake !!!

It was such a joy to build this cake..

Chocolate soft sponge, sandwich between a layer of fresh cream with Oreo biscuits, and chocolate fudge.

Frosted with swiss meringue buttercream..

The Combi of the frosting n the cake goes really well with each other !! And yes!! It is going into our flavour listings !!!

Pirate themed cake

Yo ho ho !!! We did not 1 but 2 pirate ship cakes last wkwnd for a party held at sentosa's port lost wonder !!

It was a celebration of my client's boy and gal !! We did a pink pirate ship for her gal Natalee and a brown one for her son Nigel.

Both cakes are made of vanilla sponge cake, sandwiched with strawberries and fresh cream! Not too sweet, yet refreshing ..
