Strawberry themed cupcakes

These cuties are vanilla cupcakes infused with vanilla bean, frosted with strawberry swiss meringue buttercream and adorned with fondant strawberries n flowers !!

Carrot cake infused with cinnamon, raisins and walnut

Did an order of 30 carrot cupcakes for cousin in law for her colleagues.

This moist carrot cake is full of cinnamon and paired with plump raisins and topped with pieces of walnut for an added crunch !

To top it off, is a not so sweet orange light cream cheese frosting.

Ben 10 fresh cream cake plus vanilla cupcakes

My nephew's 4th birthday.. Was tasked to make a huge cake ( for approximate 40 pax).

Flavour of cake:
Chocolate sponge sandwich between fresh cream and Oreo cookies. Topped with varlhona Swiss meringue buttercream.

Cake was well revived by all nephew's classmates as well as their parents ! One gal came up for a total of 3 servings !!
